I was very disappointed because the other two reviews were very misleading. I wound up talking with the manager (not only about the GF things, but because I found something in my food that should not have been there.) There is hope though, if you follow the ground rules that were not mentioned by the other two reviewers.

Jump Kitchen is willing to have a dedicated fryer if you call about 30 min in advance and request it. They do not have one that is ready, available and "clean" all the time. So most of the wings and other fried things are out unless you make sure this is ready. If you really react strongly, you may not want to chance cross contamination. Other wise, the menu is typical for most places offering GF good. Pretty much plain fish, plain steak, etc, although they will do them up as blackened. We had Shrimp and Grits, and it was all GF and very good. Not as spicy as some, but some people see that as a plus. No desserts.

We had a new waitress who didn't really get the whole GF thing - if she did, she wouldn't have tried so hard to get us to have chocolate cake!

BUT!!! The manager was nice, the waitress was glad to learn, and we are willing to give them a try and call them first. Don't write them off. Just don't expect GF heaven.

Please, when you write reviews, tell the truth about what is going on. I was so psyched for fried pickles.
