As soon as I explained I was Celiac she went and got a gluten-free menu. Once I ordered, she went and spoke with the chef. When she brought my Rice bowl she said the chef used all clean utensils and a fresh clean frying pan and opened fresh packages to cook the ingredients for me, I was blown away and really grateful. She said that is a new standard menu at all their chains now.
