I have been here twice. The food is good and I'd say they prices are fine. Both times I ordered the beyond burger with a gluten free bun. Luckily the second time I went was very soon after the first so I could tell they did not give me a gluten free bun. I should have asked for a whole new burger but tried to be understanding of the fact that they had literally one server on. So I asked for the bun and I swapped the buns. I am hurtin'. There was supposed to be an event going on and they only scheduled one server. Management is poor. There's no communication, server didn't know that what she gave me was not gluten free, she did not have enough help, the bartender who was "running the event" didn't know she was running it. Nobody ever came back to our table to ask about giving us the check. I waited forever to be part of the costume contest only to win because no one else showed. Really poor planning and quite sad. Do not go here for gluten free - it's not safe. If you are going with friends who aren't gluten free I don't think I would recommend it to them either tbh. Way too much waiting around. Sorry, the staff was nice and I tried to be too when things were basically a disaster but...
Typical pub fare. Opted for the burger with the GF bun. Had the sweet potato fries, which the waitress assured me were safe. I guess they don't fry them? But overall good to be able to eat a somewhat normal meal.
Brand new place for a casual meal in North Greenbush. I had a burger with a GF bun, which seemed like an Udi's. Very clean, good service. I did not ask if the fries were made in a dedicated fryer - I'm guessing they aren't so I just went with a salad. Will try the GF pizza next time. B+
