No clearly marked gf items on menu or a separate menu made it difficult to order. Staff was willing to work with me on making a new roll (without sauce or rice) because basically none of the rolls are GF since the rice vinegar they use for each roll has gluten + the sauces all have gluten except gf soy sauce and there is no substitution. I ended up getting a terriyaki dish (one of the few gf items..). I felt a bit misled because I called the manager and asked about how many gf options they had when in reality it was a huge struggle for me to order. Staff was knowedgeable and able to answer questions about what contained gluten and cross contact. I had no gluten symptoms after, but I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who has to eat gluten free purely for the lack of options.
