The staff was trained Food was gluten free and good !
They used to have rice noodles but they just discontinued them :( so the only thing you can get is a rice bowl.
They have rice noodles that they cook in a separate pot dedicated to be gluten free. The only gluten free sauce is the tomato egg and the only gluten free meat is chicken, but both were delicious! Rest of the toppings are veggies. Delicious and healthy!

Knowledgeable staff. Separate pot of rice noodles, clean utensils used. Only 1 sauce and no meat options, but a really good vegetarian meal.
Great Rice noodle with red sauce, pork, make sure to add cabbage, shredded seeet potato and cilantro and onion delish. Nice staff
Prepared rice noodles separately and were super knowledgeable about what ingredients were gluten free. There is one GF sauce and none of the meat options are GF, just FYI.
Staff was very knowledgeable. “Preference or allergy” separate tools for making the food. Separate hot water and pots for cooking the noodles.
