Possibly the best GF restaurant I have ever been to!
We found this spot on a best GF list of Boulder restaurants, and omg it is unreal. It’s all GF, 99% dairy free, and they can accommodate every possible diet you’ve ever heard of! The quesadilla and bone broth were fantastic, as were all the desserts!

This is more than a GF dedicated facility, it is specializing in antiinflamatory foods for those with autoimmune conditions that have more allergies/reactions than to gluten.
So yes, their prices may not be accessible to all, but for someone that is grain free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, having these food options when out and about is not easy.
Enjoyed a curry with chicken, and my husband had a Buffalo chicken wrap, a chocolate chip cookie (yum!)
Highly recommend!

Update: service is terrible. You can’t talk to a human on their phone line. The prices are high, even for Boulder. Please make celiac-safe food more accessible and be present.

Great food, wonderful place! 100% dedicated GF, and very aware of other allergies as well. Love the Cozy soup and Crave burger in particular, and I'm excited to try the rest of the menu. Really thankful to have this restaurant in Boulder - I was so bummed when when we lost Fresh Thymes, and so it's wonderful to have a new GF restaurant in the same space!

Loved it. Everything gluten free AND most is also dairy free. Much choise. After visiting Denver location I visited this location when I was in Boulder 3 days ago. Picked up a burger and wrap for dinner to go eat it in my hotelroom. It was delicious bit expensive but totally safe! Easy parking.

Incredible dedicated gluten-free comfort food, JBK is a worthy successor to the space previously occupied by Fresh Thymes. Extremely allergen-friendly, and while everything is good, it's all too easy to devote every single dining experience here to just two words: Breakfast Burrito.

Absolutely delicious food! Some things were (seemingly randomly) more expensive than others. Both the French toast and the two egg breakfast plate were delicious, I would definitely return here

Great to have a dedicated GF restaurant where my celiac son can order anything off the menu without worry of cross contamination. The burrito and curry were really tasty. Nice small patio on sunny side of building, and atmosphere and staff are very inviting.

So wonderful to have a place my whole family can eat without worry! My daughter is allergic to eggs, I am allergic to nightshades, and my son is celiac. The food is yummy (paleo style) and we are thrilled they are open in Boulder!

Their chicken dumpling soup was so so tasty. They don’t use any sugar or dairy, which is great if that’s your thing but for someone who is only gluten-free it made some options less exciting. Nice ambience. Friendly owner. A little bit more expensive than I expected for fast casual but worth it for 100% gf facility!
