Got a burger. Terrible bun. I don’t know what their idea is but I wouldn’t even call it a bun. The meat was ice cold inside. It was very bad. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick.

I hope the owners read this. They need to redo the menu. If the food was good I would eat there all the time as it’s hard to find GF restaurants. For now I’d tread lightly.

Fairly disappointing. I got a cheeseburger, and it was very small for $15. I would guess only a 1/4lb. The bun was atrocious, worse than an untoasted udis bun. They didn't have any ketchup, and the jalapeño mayo was served on a bun that was put onto the plate face down, so I had to spend a minute scooping it back onto the burger. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I really hate giving a bad review, but I felt I have to share that this was the worst gluten free food I've ever eaten. The pancake I ordered was only edible because of the whipped cream and syrup on top. My wife was only able to eat the biscuits she ordered because she covered them in the leftover syrup I got for my pancake (the biscuits were so dense and dry and tasted bad). The burrito I ordered fell apart, so I wasn't able to hold it in my hand like a typical burrito. The only thing that tasted good in the burrito was the shredded sweet potatoes inside. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie, which was super rich and tasted like pure brown sugar. Not a fan. All in all our visit was a waste of $50. I really wish we hadn't gone here. Super expensive and bad-tasting food. I will say though that the staff was super nice, and that the ambiance inside was nice.

Dedicated gluten free with dairy free/vegetarian/vegan options. If you are going to eat anywhere, EAT HERE. Best all around GF restaurant experience I have ever had. The chef, Jude, is so accommodating with time to talk and answer questions. He let me taste some of the foods like the vegan cheese and French Silk Pie. The food here is absolutely delicious! My companion has no allergies and loved everything. Try the Cozy Chicken and Dumplings and the Fulfilled breakfast burrito!

Wonderful little restaurant, so sad I don't have one in my home state! I'd eat here often if it was local to me.

I ordered the chicken and dumplings soup with carrots and scallions. It was simply delectable. The portion seemed small at first but it was very filling and by the end I was glad it wasn't any larger.

I also got a brownie, which was fudgey and delicious. My non-GF friend said (with surprise) that it was good.

I wonder if the negative reviews are at their other location. The one on 15th street, where I ate, is the Lohi location, and it's small. Some of the photos are at a larger place, definitely not on 15th street.

Anyway, its a cute little place, would recommend!

Sort of a “live, laugh, love” diner vibe. The food seems safe as far as being gluten-free, the ingredients were pretty fresh, and flavors were just okay. But I can’t recommend it because it’s just not a very clean environment. I tried to overlook the unwiped tables and unswept floors and general layer of grime, but then I was halfway through eating my wrap when I noticed a long piece of hair in the middle of my plate. They were very apologetic when I brought it up and issued me a refund even though I didn’t expect one and even offered to remake my meal, but I just wanted to leave at that point.

5 star because it's dedicated GF. The food was OK, didn't blow us away. Would like to see some French fries. They try to be too healthy and lump a lot of dietary restrictions together, like Keto, vegan, nut free, etc. The Holidaily beer is the best GF beer we've ever had, and great variety. Holidaily brewery and the resturant share the same space.

Let me start by saying that the food was fantastic and the establishment was super-cute. We went to the 15th street location. I was in Denver with my family for a convention; also with us were some friends from the convention. Between us, we had one vegan, one vegetarian, one person with celiac disease, and 3 people with no food restrictions (myself included). We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The offerings were diverse. Our group had curry, a burger, breakfast for dinner, a burrito, an Asian salad, and a vegetarian burger. I thought the ingredients were fresh and high-quality and everything was super tasty. I usually miss “normal” bread products when eating gluten-free for my daughter, but loved the bun on my burger. The beef was delicious. The place is super quaint and cute. We were the only people there, having arrived about 5 minutes to closing. We though they closed at 9 but the location we were at closed at 7. They accommodated us no problem. Potential hiccups — as mentioned there are 2 locations; make sure you check the website for the location you want to go to as they have different hours and may have different offerings. Also, I recommend calling ahead. We went a second time on our last day in Denver, spending money for an Uber to get there, only to find them closed at 2 pm despite the website and window sign both listing hours as 9a-7p. We found out later they had been having some plumbing issues and had to shut down. That issue has been going on for a few days so it would have been nice if there was a notice on the website. So, best to call ahead. We will try again the next time we are in Denver!

The food is completely safe but the bacon on my kids burger was an odd texture and it looked really fatty even for bacon. Entrees took a long time to come out. Food is pricey and even though we paid a surcharge for my husband’s salad to be a wrap it came as a salad. Mine did come out with a wrap. It was healthy and tasted okay but is very expensive for what it is. Lunch cost $30 more than a dinner with three drinks, two apps, and three entrees at Teocalli.

Got food poisoning for the first time in my life after eating here, unfortunately. The greatest irony of my life is that I have very mild celiac symptoms but had every horrible reaction in the book to this dedicated GF place. I’m sure there was no gluten but that wasn’t the problem, evidently. I got the vegetable curry and cauliflower wings.

LOVED everything about this place. I have been gluten free since 2005 and this is the first dedicated GF restaurant I’ve ever enjoyed. Not only are they GF, but it’s actually high quality, nutritious, mindfully sourced ingredients. And the Holidaily GF beer is not to be missed either. Will definitely be back.

This is my favorite restaurant in town! I have a few autoimmune diseases including celiac and I have never gotten sick here. I eat here all the time. They have gone above and beyond to help accommodate my other food intolerances. My husband who is not celiac also loves this place! We absolutely love their dairy-free quesadilla with jalapenos, carrot hummus with chips, and gyro wrap! Sooo delicious! Their tortillas are amazing! We get to go orders of tortillas to use at home as well!

no veggie meat replacement options, and with the whole 30 focus there really isnt much for vegetarians but i had the med bowl and it was decent!

Very gluten free friendly, all grain free. The taste is definitely lacking I did not like anything that we tried. My husband and I tried the pumpkin spice cake, biscuits and gravy and the breakfast burrito. The worst biscuit I’ve ever had since being diagnosed with Celiac. The only saving grace of this meal was the sausage gravy. They’re allergen conscious which is refreshing, but they’re also 100% grain free and 99% dairy free which means the ingredients are unconventional and the taste lacks because of it.

Was conflicted about how to rate this business due to my experience. Having read other reviewers' experiences, now I feel firm in what contributed to today's nightmare.

The good: I had a chilled Coconut Caramel Latte with a "Baked Almond Pancake" and a side of scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs were OK, a bit runny, tho. The pancake was very different, both in structure and form, but it was fluffy. The Latte was sweet but not too much.

The bad: The bacon was scorched with the intensity of the sun. My friend, who had a Chai Tea Latte and a breakfast burrito, said the latte was bland (I agreed on tasting) and the burrito did not taste like a breakfast burrito (more of a lunch thing). The cost. For what I ordered, I paid $55. Anywhere else, I'd have paid maybe $25-$30. Overall, the food was meh but not great. Oh, and they automatically tack on a 15% gratuity, despite it not being a full service waitressing restaurant. Oh, oh, and you have to pay for parking.

In short, I got extremely sick, very quickly. The day prior, I made all meals at home. Went out with friends and had one low alcoholic seltzer that was marked GF, on the can. That said, I started feeling very nauseous and ... tumultuous ... within 15-20 minutes of eating the food from this place. I had absolutely no hint of onset beforehand. The one strange part of this whole thing was the drinks were served with paper straws. When I asked the lady if the straws were GF (no binding agents) it was like her brain skipped and she didn't know what to say for half a second, before issuing standard placations of assurance. It was within those few minutes of using that flippin' straw that my day was upheaved.

Maybe it was just a bad meal? But I was in the bathroom at both ends for 2 hrs after this, with what we all know to be telltale signs of being glutened. It is 8 hours later and I'm now dealing with pain, brain fog, mood swings, exhaustion. I don't typically recommend a tester, but this location might be the exception.

Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews from a couple of years ago when reviewers were more detailed and gave very similar accounts to mine. I wonder if this place is even GF.

What a positive good feeling place. Had the Simplicity with chicken and added biscuit. Also had the Hunger (biscuits and sausage gravy (no onions). Flavorful and well seasoned. Great big portions for a snack later. Coffees were great too!

This place was amazing! Everything is gf! I had the burrito with a homemade gf tortilla that was out of this world! I also had a delicious brownie. You can skip the bone broth, but besides that it was perfect.

💯 GF - left airport and came straight here - husband (non GF) and I split the Ruben and the gyro sandwiches obviously no issues - the gyro was so good!! girls were super nice & helped us figure out parking lot next to restaurant - they have three spaces towards back so you don’t have to pay the $5. Really liked it here — loved their bloody Mary’s 🤤!!
