So excited to have gluten free options locally! Owner was very knowledgeable about celiacs and gluten free prep - they will completely sanitize prep area if needed. I have eaten here twice and have not had any negative symptoms. Both sandwiches I have had (Appalachian melt and Clear creek club) were DELICIOUS and generous. The kale salad side was also excellent.

Everything about this experience was wonderful! Gluten free bread with no extra cost and it's GOOD gf bread they grill it with butter and it makes the bread wonderful. All sandwiches can be made gluten free and they have some gluten free side options. I got an Asian slaw and a bacon jam sandwich. It was wonderful and the owners talked to me about my gluten allergy and made me feel safe about the precautions they take. One of the owners is also gluten free which is amazing! Definitely recommend this place.
