I stopped since I saw their menu had GF pho which is hard to find. I didn’t have time to try the pho this time but wanted something Vietnamese.
I asked the gentleman what they had available for a celiac and made sure they could deal w cross contamination. He said the person preparing the food understood my needs.
I chose the lemongrass chicken rice to go. It took about 15 minutes to prepare.
When I got ready to eat, I found they gave me noodles. No big deal, less carbs. They wer e rice noodles. The chicken was really good and tasty. Naturally no flavors on the noodles and I forget to grab my packets of gf soy sauce and siracha which would have enhanced my culinary experience. Lol
I did not have any reactions.
Overall cool place and will continue to try again. Looking forward to trying the pho when I have more time to dine in
