Great experience. I called beforehand and asked about their safety protocols regarding allergies. They change gloves and use different utensils. They also have a guide on their website that does through everything containing gluten and other allergens.

Have gone here several times over the past few months. They will change their gloves and use a clean spatula if you tell them you have celiac/ gluten allergy.

Ask for the allergy menu which lists which items contain wheat. If you state you have an allergy, they have a separate spoon they use to mix then transfer your food to your bowl. I noticed afterward that they put the spoon back in a separate container, which makes me think they use one spoon for all allergy orders (some of which may contain wheat). So I would clarify that it’s a clean spoon when you go. It is possible for cross contamination if pieces of food falls into the wrong container, but there is a separate spoon for each item.

Good food. They have the same kind of safety protocols as a Chipotle, where the staff will wash hands and change gloves. You do get to watch your food be prepped, which is always good for peace of mind. The first time I went, there was an issue with my order, and they caught it, let me know, and remade my whole order before I checked out.

Staff was very knowledgeable about what was safe. Most meats and toppings are gluten free, including salmon, tuna, and shrimp. Bowl was really good, highly recommend.
