I usually stay away from salad bars but they had everything with gluten on a separate shelf. There's also labels on which dressings have gluten and which don't. The salad is delicious!

Food not marked GF on menu but they do have a detailed ingredient list on their website. I mentioned my celiac disease to the worker and I didn’t get the sense they were knowledgeable. I got the cilantro lime chicken bowl with no pita bread which was good but BEWARE: they cut their breaded chicken on the same cutting board as their non-breaded chicken. I had to stop her and ask for new utensils and cutting board. Watch them as they go down the line to ensure your food is safe. I ended up having no reaction but I was a bit weary. It was one of the only options in the mart.

This is an assembly line style restaurant. There is an allergin menu posted online, but there is no way to customize and staff are not familiar with allegin issues.

I didn’t get sick, but I would suggest being careful here, ask the servers to change gloves ahead of time, let them know you don’t want the bread on your salad before they plop it on there

It’s really yummy! Customize your salad experience. Speak with manager to make your own salad! I love the chopped salad!
