Unfortunately the owner confirmed that fryers are not safe for celiac and that they are shared with gluten items. But there are lots of labeled menu items for people who don’t have issues with cross contamination!

Confused at these reviews! The fryer is not dedicated so that eliminates the chips and queso, nachos, wings, and anything else fried. They had a super limited menu (4 items) because it was during a game.. did not feel confident that the tacos would be safe. I didn’t end up eating here so I can’t say if it’s actually safe but the fryer news surprised me!

Sanno cos’è la celiachia ed il menù riporta le opzioni senza glutine. Tutto delizioso anche se il locale è molto rumoroso

Laid back restaurant offering Tex-Mex cuisine. Gluten free things marked clearly on the menu: when I asked about cross contamination, I was shocked that my waiter was fully understanding of celiac and the problems of cross contamination; he reassured me all the tortilla chips were corn and homemade, and fried in a separate fryer to gluten containing products, like flour tortillas. After some delicious hot chips dipped in this awesome guacamole and crystal-chilled salsa, I ate some smashing prawn enchiladas! 😋
So the food was good, the service was *fine*... That's my honest review. I mean, I'd go back, but not expect the moon on a stick.
