***BEWARE! Not celiac friendly at all!*** My family and I went to Justine’s after visiting Howe Caverns. We called ahead and I asked if they offered gluten free and if they had measures to prevent cross contamination. On the phone, they said yes. When we got there after driving a distance out of our way, I asked the waitress about the gf pizza. She said it was made on the same surface as the regular pizza and would have regular flour on it. I asked about the gf pasta... do they strain it in the same strainer as the regular pasta. She checked..., they continually use the same strainer for the regular and gluten free. I did not order and left because it was very clear they are catering to the casually gluten reduced market, and had no procedures in place to keep the menu items they advertise as gluten free actually gluten free. They will gluten you, I’m 100% sure of it. Do not go if you expect your gf needs to be respected. I told them they were doing a disservice to people who need to be gluten free by offering stuff and claiming it will be and then cross contaminating everything. Not safe. If you ask the right questions, it is very clear they are just offering gf to falsely lure people in. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Posting this before I can be sure if I got “glutened” but the food was decent. I am feeling some minor cramps, but it may not have been the food. I hope it wasn’t.
Justine’s is hands down one of the most accommodating restaurants in the area! Food is great, service is amazing. One of my favorite places to go!

What a great experience! Asked if they had GF pizza , they said yes but that a most anything on the menu could be made GF! I had penne with vodka sauce & grilled chicken. It was amazing, portions were huge. My family (who are not GF) loved everything they got. Great find!
