I would be wary of this hotel… I don’t think they understand allergies very well. I informed the steak house I had celiac and they assured me the empanada was gluten free and made in a dedicated fryer and they brought me gluten free bread and I was so sick 2 hours later.

We ate here twice (once at the Sand Bar and once at Mansita). My boys had cheeseburgers with fries (the chef made them in a hot pot of oil) and pasta pomodoro with chicken.

Marriott guanacaste was great. They noted celiac on our room information when we checked in. Mostly burgers steaks but they did have a gf section in their buffet with lots of muffins breads etc and had gluten free pancakes.
