When I mentioned celiac disease, the cashier had a manager come out to assure me that everything is prepared separately, there are different stations in the back, and everything is washed between baking. I made sure to ask that different tongs were used for the baked items, but when the cashier went to grab my donut she used the same tongs I had just seen her use to grab another, wheat flour made baked good. I asked her, and she just said “I’m not sure.” So I said never mind to the donut, I’ll just have my latte. She refunded the entire order and apologized several times, but unfortunately I won’t be going back. The latte was good though, so three stars for that at least.
