Review of Ka'Ana Kitchen

Beware. Went there for the breakfast buffet. It was very expensive so I thought I would have many choices and a knowledgeable staff. The hostess claimed that she didn't know anything about gf items. Two separate buffet workers showed me two separate gf items, two quick breads (banana and pineapple) and waffles. The sausage and bacon had bread in the bottom of the heated servers to absorb oil. I should have asked for the manager, but I didn't think about it at the time and no one offered. There were lots of other food items that would have probably made good breakfast choices, like yogurt with fruit and made to order eggs and omelettes, but I didn't try any of those.
