Review of Kabob & Curry

Buffet was all gluten free, mostly vegetarian which was great for me. I did not have any reaction. My concerns are about cleanliness. There is no sneeze guard over the food. Is this not a R.I. health department regulation? I was shocked to see a guest taste the lentil dish from the serving spoon and then place it right back into the serving dish! When he saw my mouth agape in disbelief, he said oh, I’m sorry, I’ll take the spoon out. He handed it to someone who worked there, and I’m sure he didn’t explain why. I was disgusted and no longer hungry. I told them I would not eat from that dish, that it should be removed. I did not follow up to see if it was.
