Several years ago, the menu was clearly marked as GF and I ate here many times without getting sick. Today i was craving kebab so i placed my order online for pickup without thinking much of it. When i walked in, nothing on the menu was marked gluten free and the guy working there said he had been there for two years and it hadn't been marked since he's been there. They didn't include the pita (as i asked) and I had already paid so all i could do was ask if he knew whether the recipes had changed in the past several years. he said no, they hadn't changed but he had no idea about GF. Uber eats still marks several of their menu items as GF. There's not much I can do for this meal. I have taken a single bite of everything and so far it's been about an hour and I haven't reacted. I definitely won't be back though, i don't enjoy playing gluten roulette. Rumi's isn't much more expensive than this anyways and the same distance for me.

I have celiac and also don't eat meat. 2 wonderful gf choices available to me. Ive not got sick at all from this place. Most things are gf except fit the breads and pita.
The menu highlights gluten free items, and almost all of the items are gluten free. Furthermore, the food was authentic and delicious!
Yes
The food was delicious, but I was most definitely cross-contaminated with gluten, despite saying multiple times that it was a huge concern for me. I'd recommend eating here if you are not someone who is from out of town (like me) and has a chance to get to know the people working there. The girl at the register didn't seem to understand or care about the concern. The guy working got it when handling my food. The girl working beside him, however never once changed her gloves and her hands touched all the stuff that contained gluten and then all the stuff that did not. Same thing with the serving utensils. Again, the food was delicious. I was not contaminated as badly as I could have been because I stood and observed the entire time they were prepping, which is my habit whenever I can someplace new, so I don't feel as awful as I could be right now. The meat was tender and flavorful and not dried out, like can sometimes happen. The rice was also well cooked and moist. The food did take a bit of time to prepare and we were there much longer than anticipated, but the place was busy and there never seemed to be any slow down in foot traffic even for the time of night. If I lived in the area, I'd give it another chance, like any other restaurant.
