Overall the staff was helpful and aware of your needs. They do not have gluten free soy sauce, so bring your own if you would like some. There is no separate gluten free menu. They cook your food in the back so there is no cross contamination. Of course i got white rice and you get yaki noodles that are gluten free. I didn’t ask about sushi, but from the descriptions there were very few options. Since Kanki doesn’t have great reviews for gluten free options this is a great alternative.
