The hostess was very clear regarding what items could be made gluten free or was naturally gluten free. I chose the salmon gnocchi. I live in Alaska so salmon isn’t my favorite, especially in other places, but this was really tasty! It looked heavy but the gnocchi was top notch and the salmon was not overly fishy.
