Visited this Michelin star Chinese restaurant and they indeed have a separate gluten free menu.

The food was delicious, we had the crispy duck together with all the condiments and they gave me pancakes and my wife has lettuce wraps.

The main she has a sea bass which was huge and with some GF fried rice, would throughly recommend.
