Review

After staying for a week only once did they have to make me something extra which was not being offered at the dinner buffet and that was a lactose problem. All of the other times the varieties were endless and there were a lot of gf options. All of the allergens are clearly marked on the signs behind the spreads. For the breakfasts I’d say bring your own bread if you mind “gluten free wheat starch” like me since the bread offered does have that in it. Besides that the spread is massive ranging from jams to cold cuts to yoghurts to cereals to hot buffet… overall there are a lot of gf options, just watch out for lactose if you are struggling with that like me 😄. I just wouldn’t recommend staying for lunch since there is only one safe option, the sweet potato fries. Go for the other 3 restaurants in the area that are recommended by others or hike/take the train to another city. I must say the best lunches I’ve had were in Innsbruck and Salzburg with no reactions whatsoever. Back to the workers here, our waiter was very nice and attentive with everything, he was asking us if I needed anything or if anything should be made separately to avoid cross-contamination etc. he also offered me a dessert everyday which isn’t like your typical one, they will bring you a massive portion that can feed the whole table made just for you! (I included the picture of my cremè brûlée). Just tell them and they’ll be happy to oblige any of your requests 😊
