Asked a lot of questions. Waiter didn’t have great answers. Pizza cooked on GF crust, but didn’t sound like other precautions against CC were taken. I opted for the pasta. He said it was GF, cooked in its own water, etc. Sounded safe. It wasn’t. I got nailed and spent the rest of the day in bed. As a celiac, I would not recommend it.
I have celiac disease and have had their GF pizza here before, without a problem, probably 5 or 6 times. It is very good. This is the first time I had the GF Penne Pasta, and I was glutened. I was really sick for over two weeks. I don't know if there was something in the marinara sauce, or a cross-contamination issue, but I won't be eating here again.
