I got this place mixed up with Nikai in Cheeca Lodge, which made my daughter extremely ill. Do not go there!
Was so excited for their popular happy hour.. only GF option was edamame and clams. Regular menu has some other options but very limited and absolutely no sushi due to malt vinegar in the rice. Very disappointed and shouldn't really be listed as a GF restuarant.

Don’t recommend if you are looking for sushi. All sushi is made with a malt vinegar base. Very disappointed. Nothing special, and over priced.
menu has glutenfree options. The food was ok but nothing special. A bit overpriced for what you get.
Overpriced, and the food was not great. Same level of attention to gluten free as any other sushi place, no special features for celiacs.
Food can be great or somewhat disappointing, I've eaten here several times and am usually disappointed in service. Also some servers will tell you the rice for sushi is gluten free and others will tell you it's not, I am not sure how because most sushi use rice vinegar unless they use malt vinegar. I am usually disappointed in the server's lack of knowledge.
Menu has some notations for gluten free. Grouper cheeks are rice flour, very good. Was told the sushi rice has wheat in it, so very sensitive people should not eat it. Ordered the curry rice noodles and they tasted like a lean cuisine meal. They no longer have any gluten free desserts except sorbet.

I was extremely disappointed, perhaps my expectations were too high! First off I ordered a glass of Reisling that tasted like Chardonnay, maybe it was open for a long time. Then we ordered a sashami appetizer which was not great. The tuna was not fresh and in addition they served " as the chef's selection escolar and I really wish that I did not google that fish! Entrees were limited for GF, apparently the duck is marinated in soy sauce along with other items because they could not be prepared gluten free. So I ordered one of the "catch" specials and my husband ordered a seafood pasta. My wahoo was dry and the dark bloodline was not removed ( maybe I am fussy because I have NEVER cooked fresh fish without removing it) and the fish was dry with no flavor although it was blackened. My husbands mussels were completely in edible and the scallops were mushy. As far as GF knowledgeable the jury is out there as well. I was first told I could have the duck without the pancakes but then our waiter told me about the marinade!! Service was mediocre at best. We will not go back.
Waitress not very knowledgeable on what was gluten free.

Great gluten-free options. The staff is knowledgable about gluten-free. Udon is fabulous.
Great gf calamari!
