Our waiter was very accommodating for celiac disease and she spoke to the chef about what could be made gluten free. Most of the ceviches and tiraditos can be made gf. Also a lot of the sushi rolls can be make gf. They use tamari instead of soy sauce for everything. It is a really neat restaurant because it is Peruvian food with Japanese influence.
