This is an amazing Japanese restaurant in Newtown that offers a very large selection of gluten free dishes. All GF dishes are clearly marked and are coeliac friendly. The wait staff were very knowledgeable about coeliac disease and made sure everything was safe. We tried a variety of their to start, sashimi and small share dishes, all were delicious and safe. Stand outs were the oysters, Hokkaido scallops and sashimi crispy potato. We couldn’t believe the flavours we were tasting, it was truly a culinary delight.
