Kaizen Sushi Bar & Grill

One of the very few places that I can relax and enjoy an amazing meal. Specially designated gluten free menu, gluten free soy sauce and a trained and knowledgeable staff that makes sure your food is safe! I am also allergic to dairy. I never eat out in fear of getting sick. Kaizen is one of the few places that I really enjoy treating myself to.

After years of great experiences I went anaphylactic after having a sushi roll (that I’ve had many times before) and double and triple assuring that is gluten-free. I no longer recommend eating here. I was also ignored in my phone and e-mail outreach about the incident.

This place is great-eaten here many, many times. Never been sick. Delicious food, plenty of non-raw sushi options too. Yum.

I just found out about the gluten free menu and it changed the game! the menu clearly shows how they modify the classic menu items to make them GF which puts your mind at ease. They have a separate fryer and use cornstarch and tamari to make things GF. I have not had a cross contamination problem here and appreciate the knowledgable staff (or at least willing to go ask if they dont know)

They have always been GF sensitive. Now have dedicated frier and separate GF versions of popular sushi. Best sushi too!!

Great sushi. Chefs are very careful with gf but make sure you specify that it is an allergy. Willing to make you special sushi that is not on the menu to accommodate for gf.
