You can have a safe experience here if you are very vocal about your needs every time you see the waiter. Ask a lot of questions. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries and the grilled and roasted items are safe. At first they topped my salad with croutons but then they got the hang of it and brought me bottled items from the kitchen to assure me they were GF. Good food and did not get sick here, just make sure to advocate for yourself and they were very nice.
