My company hosts a weekend at Kalahari once a year. We get a catered supper, eat at the buffet, and get ice cream at the sweets shop. I have Celiac, I get sick within 15 min. of eating something that contains or has come into contact with gluten. In multiple visits, I have NEVER gotten sick. When I tell the staff I have Celiac and all them to clean the scoops, utensils, etc., no one looks confused or like they think I'm nuts. They change gloves, get a clean scoop, etc. Always a great experience. For that alone, we keep returning.
