The owner (who is lovely) has family members with Celiac disease and has a fantastic understanding of cross contamination. This restaurant has a gluten free fryer for fries and a gluten free cooktop. The gluten free pita is sooooo good! A lot of the menu can be made gluten free. Definitely worth dropping in and asking to see the gluten free options!
