AMAZING waitress who was understanding & inviting. Ordered the vegan GF pizza crust with custom toppings and it was what dreams are made of. If ever back in the area, will most definitely be back. And they don't charge extra for GF crust!

So awesome! Delicious pizza. We tried both types of gf crusts and both were great. Alex was so helpful and nice. It was our best gf experience on our trip.

We had pizza here our first night in Medford. My celiac kiddos ordered some gf cheese bread and a gf cheese pizza. They scarfed every single crumb down in record time and said it was delicious!

This is the best pizza ever! If you ever come to the Medford area, this is a must-visit. This place has the best gluten-free pizza crust and so many topping options. On the make-your-own pizza menu, they say which toppings are and are not gluten-free. Along with the food, the atmosphere is great. The inside can get loud when it’s busy but there is also an outdoor seating area as well. The outdoor area is a bit quieter but not too hot because it is covered. Best pizza ever.

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had! Staff has been knowledgeable about gf options every time I have been. They can even make their breadstick appetizers gf with the same gf pizza crust. I have wheat intolerance, not celiac but I am still very sensitive to cross contamination and I have never had a problem here!

Got the gluten-free pizza twice now. Was gluten both times. Each time I try to explain my needs to staff there and they seem ambivalent to it all. Cannot recommend going here if you are celiac, I believe they have massive cross contamination issues.

Best gluten free pizza I've had. Salads are great. I've eaten here several times and I'm always happy. I have never had a problem eating the pizza and salad. I always follow the GF menu

Best gluten free pizza I have tried in the valley, and I never feel sick afterwards.

I have never had a full on episode after eating the gf pizzas but I always get a stomach ache. So I would not eat here if you have celiac.

We went here because my sons girlfriend has celiacs and we heard they had GF options. I acquired about the GF choices and they told us they could not guarantee no cross contamination. They do not make their GF pizza in a separate area. They were very rude, and we were very disappointed. We got up and left. We went to Abby's pizza since they make their GF pizza in a separate area. If you have GF needs do not go to Kaleidoscope!!!!

Horrible!! I ordered a salad without croutons and it had croutons, I asked if they could remake it instead of pulling the croutons off because if a severe allergy. They brought it back with a crouton still in it! I do not trust them and they could have put me in the hospital!

I have eaten at Kaleidoscope many times since moving to Medford 8 years ago, and LOVED it then....

Was excited when I saw they had GF Pizza added to menu, and did not see that the fact that they could not GUARANTEE no-gluten contact would be a huge problem since I was Gluten intolerant only, and assumed any 'gluten contact' would be very minimal,if at all, or why have something called Gluten FREE at all???

After my first GF pizza there, I was sick for three days with severe 'glutened' symptoms.

Avoided it, and ALL restaurant food for nearly a year, and then got talked into trying it again last week.

On day three of severe 'glutened' symptoms again, so won't be back.

Not sure if other ingredients beyond the crust were gluten laden items, or what?? But wouldn't the order taker have questioned my choice of toppings if they were not GF and I was specific about GF crust????

If you are going to tout your restaurant as selling a GF product, it should BE GLUTEN FREE.

This 'GF' product is not even GLUTEN SENSITIVE friendly.

Good eats! GF pizza without eggs added to the crust!! Or garlic! And great salads! Staff is amazing @ helping to coordinate a meal dealing w/ multiple food allergies. Can't say enough good things!
