Although they don’t have a dedicated GF menu, I can confirm that have a dedicated GF Fryer. I’ve had guests ask this question multiple times and the wait staff always says yes, even going so far as to confirm with the kitchen.
Went for diner with friends they didn’t have a gluten-free menu and the wait staff didn’t know what on the menu was gluten-free.
Be prepared to wait - 40-55 minutes with no reservations is standard. But delicious salad with House dressing, fries in a dedicated fryer and my non-celiac kids were thrilled with the sliders!

I had scallops & house salad. I am very sensitive to gluten, not celiac, also sensitive to most dairy. No problems. A bit pricey but excellent food and it's fun to watch the boats, and stand and watch fish in the canal while waiting for our table. Across the canal is a Benihana, I believe.
Waiter was knowledgeable and food was good. They did bring my salad out with croutons, but the waiter identified the issue immediately and had them re-make it. Overall I felt comfortable eating there.
Completely aware of celiacs disease and their menu items that are safe.
The food was really good! I had the Chilean sea bass and had no issues. Great atmosphere if you sit outside on the water.
Excellent food and service. There is a gluten free menu available on request! The ribs were amazing and they said there was a separate fryer for the fries. I went with mashed potatoes just to be safe. Highly recommended!!
Love going to Kaluz I have been several times and never gotten sick. Our waiter was excellent about know what could be adjusted to make the dishes I wanted gluten free. He also double checked with the chef on a few things to be extra sure. I had the tuna tartare, the filet with loaded baked potato and a delicious espresso martini for dessert. The fries are also gluten free
We had a great experience here. They have a delicates fryer for French fries and our server was very knowledgeable (my son and I are celiac).
Asked several times for cross contamination free, gluten free options. Waiter said sea bass and steak were gluten free options and safe (of course the most expensive options). I ordered the sea bass and the waitress didn't respond to my question if it was gluten free. Asked waiter again and he insisted. Here I am, 2 hours later, sick. Screw these people for not giving a shit.
Beautiful restaurant! They don't have a GF menu But staff is very knowledgeable and you can get almost everything GF like seafood, steak and pork chops. I have Celiac and I have never got sick from this place.
Excellent variety of gluten free items. Great service and location. Food is delicious.
