The food here is delicious. Great use of spices without feeling too heavy. Most of the menu is gluten free and marks the items that are dairy free or contain gluten. The waitress was really nice about handling my dietary restrictions. Be advised that most of the chicken and lamb options are marinated in yogurt to tenderize the meat, but they have plenty of seafood options that are dairy free. Will return whenever in the area.
For those that are gluten sensitive...I think this is a good spot. However, for those that are really sensitive....or that have celiac, I wouldn't recommend. They claim to have a dedicated fryer, but I have called them in the past and they have told me that they were using the dedicated fryer b/c they needed it and would clean it later. This to me isn't dedicated. The food is really yummy......I've eaten there a ton, but my wife has gotten sick numerous times though.
