The owner used to be a nutritionist at a nursing home where he did have to be aware of all the different dietary restrictions. He was very open to answering all of our questions. While he does have a mixed kitchen, the staff are aware of reducing any cross contamination when preparing their food. They do have a dedicated fryer for fries and non gluten items.
