Review of Kanab Creek Bakery

This place is great and definitely celiac friendly. I had placed an order to go for a sandwich on gf bread and salad. They accidentally made my sandwich with regular bread, thankfully I double checked and asked them. But they made me an entire new sandwich and salad. Changed they're gloves wiped down prep station. They were very aware of the dangers of cross contamination. Which anyone can greatly appreciate!. I believe the owners family member is celiac as well. Definitely disclose your allergy and make sure they are aware they'll take good care of you. If you meet bobbie. She's amazing too! :)
