The waiting staff didn't know much about what did and did not have gluten. 4 different staff members came by and none were able to answer, or just looked at us funny. Another lady came by who looked like she may be an owner and kind of just looked at us like we were an inconvenience so we left. It was unfortunate because I had heard good things.

I order here once a week, staff are great. I alway modify the friend rice to make it GF (no soy sauce) and the fresh wraps (no peanut sauce in the side). Excellent every time!
