Staff was knowledgeable and provided several options on he menu that could be made gluten free. GF soy sauce available. I had a Philadelphia roll and was good.

Gluten free and vegetarian options. Staff was very knowledgeable about the seriousness of celiac (said owner made him learn all about it). I didn't order anything that had to be grilled because I thought it would be too hard to not cross contaminate- so can't speak to that. Gluten free soy sauce was an added bonus I wasn't expecting!!! And the sushi is amazing :)
