Review of Kanton Restaurant

Well, I’m no food critic, but frankly this must be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I love Chinese food, but this was on another level. Thoroughly modern. No gluten free menu but the waiter went through every dish in detail for me. The crispy chicken was fantastic and the sauce was wonderful. The same for the water bamboo root. 55 euros including probably a bit more wine than strictly necessary. Going back for lunch tomorrow.
