Review of KAPA Bar & Grill

Ordered a burger for celiac son multiple times. First time, he ate the entire burger. Second time, he ate one or two bites. He later said his stomach was hurting. I ordered the burger for dinner and Nima tested mine. It came back as containing gluten. The supervisor came out to speak with us and showed us the box of buns (Udi) individually wrapped. We re-explained about cross contamination. He kept the bun in the wrapper, remade the burger, & apologized. This burger’s Nima test detected no gluten. I would only eat here with a sensor. Burger was great, but without a sensor not worth the risk.
