They don’t have wheat in their kitchen! Most of their dishes are naturally gluten-free. This place is a dream. Chef Regi Mathew personally took the order and reassured me that the food would be safe. There’s only one item on their menu that contains gluten and is fried separately. No stress of cross contamination either. They grind all their spices and everything is made in-house. Avoid the ice-cream though as the chef said he couldn’t be sure it’s safe. The coconut pudding is a better alternative as it contains agar agar and is completely safe. 😍
