This place is similar to Korean BBQ. You cook at the table. If you order meat with just salt for the grill and bring your own soy sauce (if you want) or soy sauce + rice vinegar + lemon juice (really good), you should be safe. The meat is fantastic and the cuts all very different once prepared. I am not sure if the language capability of the staff, I was with some Japanese colleagues
