I have Celiac Disease and am very sensitive . I order from the gluten free menu and let the staff know I have a gluten allergy. They are usually very careful and I haven't had a reaction. We eat here about once a month. We usually get the Chicken lettuce wraps, Singapore Street Noodles, House fried rice, General Gao's Chicken, and Cantonese Basil Chow Fun noodles. The last visit, we also got Mixed Vegetables, Bok Choy and Pea Pod Stems - all gluten free. My family also gets some non-gf items that we keep at the other end of the table and I serve everything that is GF. The food is always so delicious!

Ate here and had no gluten issues. I sat at the bar and one of the bartenders is celiac so she helped me with the menu. I got sushi- alaska roll, cucumber avocado roll and the lemon basil salmon maki roll made not spicy- was all delicious and I did not get sick. She advised a lot of the sushi was either naturally GF or could be modified to be GF, anything with shrimp tempura could be made with regular shrimp. They had GF soy sauce. She said the cantonese chow fun was also GF and her go to order (and could be made not spicy) She made sure to let the kitchen know it was an allergy and confirmed with the manager that the sushi was not made with malt vinegar. Will definitely be back!

Be careful. Tested my GF entree with my Nima sensor and unfortunately it had gluten in it.
