No gluten free items (no gf bread, pancakes, etc). No dedicated fryer. When I asked if I could substitute toast for something else gluten free (i.e. coleslaw, hash brown, homefries) they said no. They do have gluten free options like eggs, omelets, breakfast meats, salads, etc but you risk contamination. Very disappointing they would not offer substitutions for an allergy; not accomodating.
