Eaten here many times and taken out many more...until I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I’ve only taken out since then (March 2016), and it seems to be a crap shoot as to whether I’ll get glutened or not. Not sure who if anyone there knows what “celiac” or “gluten” means - maybe someone in the back, but I have yet to have anyone up front or serving know or are even able to say what ingredients are used, like flours or sauces. I’d say if you’re just watching out for gluten, probably not a problem. But if you’re gluten intolerant, better off giving this place a miss. And I’m not even hypersensitive.
Excellent food. Went above and beyond to ask about the flour used in one of the buffet dishes (it was chickpea). Highly recommend!
