Review of Kathy's Creations

Amazing gluten free treats. The pizza crusts are amazing. Made margharita pizzas with olive oil, garlic, fresh sliced roma tomatoes, spices, and fresh mozzarella. Finished on a hot grill and they were fabulous. The crust was crisp, yet tender. No one would believe they were gluten free. Oh, and the pastries are out of this world good! Definitely worth a trip to Alliance! Stock up!
