They have „gluten free“ things but they are not safe for coeliacs! They don‘t take any precautions. I wrote an email and asked the owner. Unfortunately in Germany you really really need to check, they stick gluten free on everything that is made without what knowing what it entails reg cross-contamination

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
