We love this place. Owners are really nice and almost always there. Gluten free waffles, pancakes, and French toast. My wife’s never had an issue with there food. There normal food is delicious also. Can get crowded during prime hours like any place in demand.

I had pancakes here one other time and was fine. Found out more info this time. Don't expect true gf though when they are busy, they will not guarantee that it is not on a clean grill. The manager even admitted she doesn't know much about this "gluten free thing". During busy times eggs and meat on one side and gluten & hash browns on another. When it's not busy it is all on one grill.

I've eaten here a few times. Their gluten free waffles, pancakes, and French toast are all really good! However, I have gotten sick from eating here twice. Cross contamination usually doesn't bother me but some gluten free things do bother me so I'm not sure which caused me to be sick. I'm only gluten intolerant, not celiac.

You can get gluten-free waffles, pancakes, and toast. They do not do gluten-free biscuits or gravy. The waffle iron is shared with the regular batter, so if you are sensitive to contamination, this is not the place for you. I am celiac, but not so severe that I need a dedicated space. The food is delicious. My favorite is the Belgian waffles!

I got REALLY sick after eating there. Gluten free toast must have been toasted in undedicated toaster. Will never go back

We really enjoy the friendly home town feel. The food is very good and they do there best to make everything as gluten free as reasonably expected. While they aren't a huge place and ARE very popular this does mean at certain times there is definitely a wait and food comes out slower. We personally WILL wait because the food is good and we will continue to support them! If you haven't gone yet you need to!

If Katie's has wonderful food, I wouldn't know. We went there on a Friday morning and after waiting a long time to be seated (which I didn't mind) I ordered french toast and eggs. Though the staff was really nice about it, they told me that their cooks would not be willing to deal with my allergy. I understand that they were busy, but as we all know, it's not a gf restaurant if the cooks are unwilling. They told me they would not make time to cook in a separate pan or even just wipe down the griddle and told me to come on a more convenient day. So, they have gluten free items, but they can't be cooked gluten free, so beware.

I had waffles and they were delicious. Good portion sizes. The waitress told me they don't use a dedicated waffle iron so beware of that. The food is fresh The service is friendly but a little slow. I'll try it again!
