Wonderful place. Loads of choice from snacks to meals and amazing value. I had full English breakfast with GF toast and my wife (not GF) a jacket potato with tuna mayo & salad . Lovely staff, couldn't fault it.
Interesting historical building with a brick-a-brac shop on the top floor. I just had chips & a sandwich but loads of options available. Bathroom is up a couple of flights of stairs so something to be aware of. Entrance is on the street level.

Love eating here. As a coeliac from the 70's I remember having zero choice, at Katie's it's the opposite, almost endless tasty options.
What a lovely place and a fantastic gluten and dairy free menu,and lovely staff,in a very quaint old building,definitely recommend ,even if you don't suffer any allergies .
Superb. Ordered the gluten free all day breakfast and it was lovely. Fried bread was omg good. Will defo go here again if I'm visiting chester. They even have a gluten free desert menu but I was that full I couldn't manage another bite.

We went to Katie's tea rooms as we knew it was gf safe but they also have loads of dairy free options. I'm an gluten free and dairy free. The staff know what they are talking about and understand the allergys to a high level. I haven't been somewhere with so much choice of what I can eat! I have never struggles to choose what I'm having but it took me a good 10 mins. I want to have everything! Will definitely be returning when I come to Chester again!
This tea room set in a very historic interesting building in the rows in Chester . Has a full understanding of what gluten free means . A comprehensive and clearly marked gluten free menu with a separate GF frier . The food was simple but good and the staff great
