Katy’s Inn is a Bed & Breakfast in La Conner. I’m a Celiac and never count on places being able to accommodate. The owners John & Joan said we just don’t do gluten free, we do it well. The breakfast started with locally sourced bowl fruit and berries and a gluten free lemon blueberry muffin that was one of the best I’ve had! Then a gourmet medley of potatoes and vegetables with two sausages and an egg and cheese soufflé. They also had gf cookies 🍪 and told me to take one for the road. Awesome 👏 the Inn is convenient walking distance to the waterfront, shops & restaurants.
