Amazing work experience! Rum tasting, two cocktails, and chips. Tanji was super knowledgeable about gluten and other allergens. He shared that the brand of chips they serve just changed their allergen statement and are now gluten free. He also let me read the box of paper straws (no allergens that I could tell). Fantastic experience run by locals. The last 10 minutes were Tanji and Fletcher sharing local dining recommendations and gossip. 10/10

This was a super fun tour! The drinks are GF made with Koloa Rum. They said they served chips that weren't GF and offered a small bag of smart pop instead, but they actually are GF Hawaiian chips. This was a highlight of our tour!
